PROMOTIONAL AND/OR NON-REFUNDABLE RATES
• Rates are not subject to changes or endorsements.
• Rates do not apply to VIRTUOSO and SELECT amenities.
• In case of cancellation or no-show, a penalty of 100% of the amount paid will apply.
TRANSFERS, TOURS, AND EXPERIENCES
• All transfers, tours, and experiences are NON-REFUNDABLE. Changes and refunds are not permitted.
• If the guest does not show up for the scheduled service, a 100% penalty will apply, with no right to refunds or claims.
AMENITIES FOR CONSORTIA
• Amenities for consortia are only applicable for reservations with FLEXIBLE rates
• Amenities included for consortia (only available for VIRTUOSO / SELECT):
• Room upgrade at check-in, subject to availability.
• Complimentary 50-minute massage for up to two people per room, once during the stay.
• Early Check-in / Late Check-out, subject to availability.
• Free WIFI
PAYMENT METHODS
• Reference exchange rate: 3.40 = USD 1.00 (S/. = soles – Peruvian currency).
• For online payments, we accept only Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. If you wish to use a different card, please contact us and we will provide an alternative payment option.
• For security reasons, the card used in the original transaction must be presented at check-in. If not presented, a new charge will be made at reception and the original payment will be refunded to the registered card, in order to prevent banking fraud.
TAX EXEMPTION
• To qualify for the 18% sales tax exemption, guests must present at reception a passport or ID with a migration stamp proving residence abroad and an entry date to Peru of less than 60 days. If the required document is not presented, the hotel reserves the right to charge the applicable tax.
• In accordance with Article 4.1 of Law No. 29571 of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code and Supreme Decree No. 122-2011-ET.
CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS
• Reservation conditions specify the terms for cancellation or modification.
• Prepaid rate reservations cannot be modified or canceled under any circumstances, and prepaid deposits are non-refundable.
• Flexible rate reservations may be modified or canceled up to 30 days prior to check-in without charge. After this period, no changes or cancellations are allowed.
• If the guest ends the stay earlier than planned, the full amount of the original reservation will be charged.
• Reservations are personal and non-transferable.
PENALTIES
• No-show: the full value of the reservation will be charged as a penalty.
• For promotions, special packages, and discounted or non-refundable rates, cancellations are subject to a penalty of 100% of the reservation value.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Once we receive your reservation request, we will verify availability and respond within a maximum of 48 hours via email with the following information:
• Confirmation code
• Service voucher
Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is at 12:00 p.m.
Children under 12 years old may share their parents’ room with a supplement of US$30.00 per child, per night. A maximum of 2 children per room is allowed.
